How Do I Become a Bartender

Very few jobs give you the opportunity to regularly meet new and interesting people and have fun while working, as that of a bartender.

A career in bartending offers so many built in benefits that hundreds of people are giving up careers, or augmenting their income with part-time bartending work. In good times and in bad, people drink, socialize in pubs, restaurants, night clubs and in local bars.

Bartending salaries vary by region, but a bartender in today's economy can expect to earn a salary that is well above that of most entry level college jobs.
